Absolutely dismal wait times. Waited over 8 hours total before being brought to back to the ER. Not properly triaged and ended up waiting while people were seen first for runny noses, stomachaches, and a sore pimple (no seriously). I ended up with nerve damage and severe scarring from the damage to my hand from being chewed up by a hedge trimmer. Here for an emergency and had the slightest expectation been set I would have driven to Nashville.

Unless you have no other choice, just go elsewhere. I would have to write a novel to tell you all of the things that went wrong at this facility. I know a google review will not change your mind but PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOINT TO THIS FACILITY. Your life may depend on it. UPDATE: I posted the review above last week. Please know that I made several attempts to get answers regarding my care prior to posting this review. I was at this facility in May, ended up being admitted to another hospital in July due to the mis-management and of my care and a mis-diagnosis. I was, and am not, upset that Williamson made mistakes...mistakes happen...I am more concerned with the lack of communication and the absolutely rude and dismissive treatment while trying to get records and answers from Williamson. So, to add insult, this morning, I get a call from the risk manager of Williamson who is worried about this review and the hospital's reputation because of my review and want to know what they can do to "fix" the problem. Again, unless you have no choice, find another hospital to go to. Find a facility with people who will listen, find a facility where they are not annoyed with every question and every request. If you have to go to this facility make sure you have an advocate who an speak very clearly and firmly for you.

This was the hospital I was born at, yet this is the hospital that misdiagnosed my dislocated that I am still suffering from a decade later. Tonight "Dr" William Crankshaw literally called a seizure a show! This is after having killed my same friend twice. Literally twice with not reading her chart and giving her the wrong medication! This is HORRIBLE! And why I refuse to live in TN! The healthcare here is a joke!

Cameron Fouladgar from Valet was amazing and so kind. Made out bad night so much better.

Great question, Ronald. We are a county-owned, but non-profit and privately funded, facility.
John, you may call Dr. Halford’s office directly at 615-435-7780 and they will be able to give you that information. Have a great day!
Come around 2 separate round abouts (Edward curd lane). Park at outpatient registration

Hi, Carol. Yes, we have an Inpatient Neurologist, Tia Aryal, MD. https://williamsonmedicalcenter.org/physician/tia-marie-aryal/
Yes you can have a family member stay with you. They check temperatures at the front door and ask if you have any symptoms for covid, other than that you should be fine.
Not sure. Check the TN.gov website.
What doctor and hospitals are on your network depends who your insurance provider is and what type of policy you have. Be well
Hello Steve. Thank you for your question. We are not considered a free standing cancer hospital if that is what you are asking. If you would like to view our oncology providers and services, you can visit https://williamsonmedicalcenter.org/find-a-doctor/ and then choose "Oncology" for the specialty in the drop down menu. Thank you.
Copay implies you have some type of insurance No insurance may open you up to paying the full charge for the services
Alex is right, Anita. My father just got out over the weekend, and went in without an appointment.
