I had 4 Amazon returns and Carissa was very patient while I figured out which QR codes went with which returns. The store was very busy but they all moved very efficiently.

So I had an Amazon return it it’s original packaging. Chandler (the guy who was helping me) warned me that if it got damaged that Amazon might not issue a refund. When I said I was front out of town and had nothing to put it in, he found a random Amazon box that fit perfectly! Chandler, your a rock star and I wish this UPS store was much closer to home because everybody was super awesome! 10/10 recommend!

Yes...we can ship your Amazon Return with a Lithium Battery inside. When you print your Amazon Return shipping label there should be another label that prints also for the lithium battery. Thanks! :-D
