Love this place except for the rude teenage girls who are attendants and made several children cry during our visit last weekend.

This place is for little kids (about 5-10). This one employee fumbled with a harness to put on my son for 10 minutes until finally, I couldn’t take it anymore and waved to someone else to come over to help (BTW, he was great, his name was Evan). There are places throughout the place that aren’t well-lit and looked “closed” because nobody’s there to help the kids wanting to get hooked up to climb. I give it 3 stars because it’s pretty clean.

We waited for 25 minutes in the cafe line and they had one guy working and he was running the register and getting every drink or food item himself while the manager (guy in a light blue shirt) stood in the back with about five other employees in green shirts laughing and chatting.

For the full experience, the cost is $33 per child, and the parent gets to participate for half price. If you choose only to jump on the basic trampolines it’s about half that. The parent always participate for half the price of their child’s ticket. We are asking for a subscription for Christmas, which is only $20 a month, unlimited everything. MUCH better deal if you like going often.
You just have to buy their socks. Equipment for each activity is provided.
There's different levels, so it depends on what you want to do. I'd check their website.

1 child's ticket allows for the purchase of up to 2 Adult tickets at 50% off. We went yesterday and that's the deal we got.

If they don't mind smaller children playing around them. They have a zip line and VR gaming area for older people.
