The clerks were very helpful. I was trying to set up the "informed delivery" and two different clerks went out of their way to solve the problem. Very friendly.

Yes or you can go to USPS.com to submit a change of address, it charges $1.

We have been receiving mail for about 11 months now for the owner of the home. She does NOT live there.
