Front Desk person, is rude. I've been calling for the last hour. Wanted information before going in. Was placed on hold for 25 minutes. When I called back, the first time...they placed me on hold. Second time,answered and hung up in my face. 7/8/22 starting at 5:40 p.m.

The Provider I saw was excellent but my other experiences left me feeling that this campus is money-hungry and uncaring… coming from someone that could save their life should they fall before my eyes.. represents what’s truly wrong with USA healthcare.

I would recommend this place for covid testing or anything minor. The service is usually quick and the nurses and staff are nice. However, the doctors always seem to be exhausted and are quick to send you out with minimum questions asked and efforts shown to diagnose you. One of the doctors told me the reason why I’m coughing is because of allergies but it turned out that I had covid when I tested again three days later. I wouldn’t rely on their diagnose for bigger concerns, definitely visit actual emergency rooms if you want to make sure what your problem is.

Ethnic Consumer

These people are horrible to minority patients! They say they’ll take their insurance, but when people arrive there, they get told that they won’t take you insurance! People have called before hand to make sure that their insurance will be accepted, they had to travel by bus in extreme pain, only to arrive and be told that the person that they talked to on the phone was wrong, they they get brushed off into the gutter! If these people can screw up with insurance, you can only image how badly they will screw up on you health! This is pathetic! LA county minority patients deserves better! It’s disgusting how they treat minorities!
