I am a pretty new patient with Dr. Antonelli. I went to her for the first time last year. I was supposed to go back for my yearly today; however, I had a work emergency come up about an hour before my appointment. I took the time to call and let them know that I unfortunately would not be able to attend due to this emergency. I was then questioned about the emergency and told I would be charged a $50 no show fee. Never have I ever been told such a thing when I have had an emergency situation come up. Rarely has it happened, but in an unavoidable situation like today, I had no choice. Not only will I not be paying this $50 fee; I will also not be returning to this practice. I was actually on the fence about going back anyway due to the nature of what I felt were inappropriate questions Dr. Antonelli asked me during my first visit, but I was going to give her the benefit of the doubt and go back again. After today's situation, I will not be returning. After reading some of the reviews below, it is very obvious that the phone staff at this practice needs training on how to treat customers and customer service etiquette in general. When someone has an emergency situation, one should not then question them on the nature of the emergency. An emergency situation is just that. I hope others that are contemplating reaching out to the practice read my review and look elsewhere.

I just saw Dr Antonelli for the first time and I have to say that it was the best GYN visit I've ever had! (I have 4 children so I've seen a few!) Dr Antonelli was not only professional, but a real person I could talk to. It turns out that my concerns about changing hormones are a normal part of life, but she did not dismiss me; she explained everything clearly and helped me with options to improve my quality of life. She listened and understood and seems to care about me as a person and not a $ in the system. I like that this is a small practice and I intend to continue my care here.
