Not impressed with this auction house. They charge an insane % to both the buyer and the seller! BOTH! And when I requested shipping they quoted me $136 to ship a parcel that I know for a fact costs $58 to South Dakota. Are they profiting off of the auction item or the shipping? They definitely make a fortune off shipping! These guys are very questionable! don’t buy off these guys unless In Person and not online!

I was all ready to deliver 7 firearms to this place to auction for me. They told me they charge an additional 20% of the “hammer “ price to the buyer. I was ok with that naturally but then they told me that they also charge 20% of hammer price to the seller! So they are charging a total of 40% to the buyer and seller combined? 40% they make on all auctioned firearms!!! Are you serious?? 40%??? I want to start an auction house so i can get 40% of what a gun sells for!! 40%? They all need to wear a mask because they are robbing us!!! Very dissatisfied and will never buy or sell from them again!

Melanie and Loren outstanding service. Thx for being a gem in Harrisburg. All review readers-you won't fine a better establishment in the area. A staff that cares is N understatement. I even pulled one of the women-Loren- during my order pick up to question and made me even more satisfied with the services provided. Now I am looking at selling here in my near future. Yes call them. They are open every day. And also do appraisals 1 day a week with an appointment. Very nice people.

Typically you can email a picture of the furniture...and they will follow up with you.

Yea they have 2 open appraisal days a month and they have a email address on the website you send your pictures and information there
