Well, after reading all the negative reviews I'm very surprised. I'm new to this location but not Rite Aid. I trust Rite Aid and would never go anywhere else. As for this union deposit Rite Aid. I have had to wait for a prescription a few days because it had to be ordered but they have always been very apologetic and friendly. So, honestly I'll have to give them 5 stars.

The register at the pharmacy is always crashing. It has happened to me three times already. They won't fix it for some reason. I usually go to this pharmacy because it is open 24hrs but after it crashed again today, I'm gonna make sure I go to another location. It's ridiculous and so frustrating that they won't fix this.

October 2022 Update: I'm up my review to 4 stars. On multiple occasions, Derrick and Kelly in the Pharmacy have provided exceptional care despite being busy! I appreciate Derrick and Kelly's efficient and professional demeanor. The reason for only four stars is due to the precarious traffic conditions when leaving toward East Park Drive. An occasional queuing bottleneck is caused by traffic from Union Deposit road, encountering automobile inline for the pharmacy. March 2022 update: Periodically a long wait, but the service has improved. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Still drive through lane can be a logistical nightmare, blocking incoming traffic and parking people in. Also existing to merge into traffic is still horridly. The staff at the store is not a fault for this. February 2022 update: * Same issue again with prescriptions not ready after receiving an automated call stating otherwise last week , * Called this time before driving over and was impressed by a Message from Jim Peters the COO when your call about labor shortage and such. ***The staff at the Pharmacy was extremely courteous and very helpful. Still a'lot to improve on but will rate 3 stars for now; things are improving at this location slowly. ----- December2021 - January 2022 Went to pick up a prescription for a family member. Was told next day after 5 P.M. then next day after 5, waited till a few days later and now in person was told that next day after 2 p.m (After receiving a phone call from the automated system that your prescription is ready). Also the drive up line is closed due to staffing issues. This location has always had a very horrid conditions when trying to exit the property due to a very poor layout and traffic and now staffing and poor customer service is just the latest. (Update Jan 2022 Drive thru has been opened)

Most of the time, my experiences are pleasant!! Especially if I talk to Stephanie in Pharmacy, she gets things done correctly, always!! There are a few others that are really good, but I can't remember their names, Tom, Derik, Desire, there are some! I always appreciate a friendly greeting!! Thanks!!!
