Ugh, the only place to stay and it's awful! Dirty sheets, hair in the bed, no soap. Other reviews say pleasantly surprised, they must have extremely low standards because I wouldn't put my dog up here.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been too!! The foid was very limited. The service stinks when we walked in with a large party no one even greeted us although there was someone behind the desk. I was not impressed at all and would never recommend it to anyone waste of money!!!!

I had a really unpleasant experience when staying there a few years ago. I was booked for the week but the first night but I was so miserable I checked out in the morning. If I had known of another place to go, I would have left immediately after checking in, and not even spent the one night there. I was on a work trip. The room was cold, the heat wasn’t working and there was hair in the bathroom. Also everything was dusty, in both the bathroom and the actual room. And there was no ice. When I called about the heat I was told- oh yeah, the heat isn’t working in the rooms on that side. I asked to switch rooms and they said the heat wasn’t working in any of the vacant rooms. Similar story with the ice machine. “Oh yeah, it doesn’t work.” And you could tell that no one really cared whether the guests had a good experience or not. This place really gave me the creeps and that is from someone who has traveled all over the US for work. After I left work that afternoon, I drove a few miles to the neighboring town of FarmVille, to a hotel where things were much improved. Staying in FarmVille made my commute 15 min longer, but I would have traveled a whole lot farther to have a clean, climate controlled room to sleep in. Perhaps they have improved since I was there. Hopefully… Honestly, I’m very surprised this place is still in business.

This was our 1st time eating at Sheldon's Bar & Grill and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was great despite some of the bad reviews we read. The service was wonderful!! Our server's name was Crisstina, and she was as sweet as she could be. My daughter got a Burger well done and as shocked that it was actually cooked all the way through and yet it was still juicy! My Western omelet was not runny at all and yet these are 2 of our biggest complaints when we eat out. One of the reviews stated the biscuits were hard as a rock and the basket of biscuits she brought us were so light and fluffy I practically drooled. Unfortunately, I'm on keto diet so my daughter got to eat them while I watched!😭 Bottom line, if you're ever in the Keysville area you need to stop and try this place out it's actually very wonderful!!
