Katherine is absolutely the rudest Pharm Tech I have ever encountered!! I usually deal with Kyle and Claudia, who are amazing, but I had such an awful experience with Katherine — i just felt the review was necessary. Rude, not willing to help, no “warm welcome” or “find farewell” and generally very unpleasant for a lady of her age! Times are tough in these times and bitterness only makes everyone’s life harder. Shame on you, Katherine.

I don't really do returns but I think in every store you should have a receipt and the item should be in good condition.Also I think it should be returned within 90 days if am not mistaken
