There's a small parking lot (only about 10-15 spaces) as well as metered street parking.
Sorry don't buy them so I can't answer that question.
I can't say whether or not they have a policy against it, but I wouldn't suggest bringing a dog. It can get pretty packed in there, so it could be hard to find space for him/her to sit comfortably and not trip anyone.
