Again, incredibly poor customer relations. A business owner verbally attacking a customer service who expressed dissatisfaction with product, being hung up on 6 times (while being blamed for my phone problems when the bakery background noise made speaking and hearing literally impossible), then continued rude, unprofessional treatment when we were forced to drive back to the bakery to speak in person—which I did in a respectful manner. All rudeness and ineptitude came from the owner and her staff. It comes from the top down in most every business, organization or company. There is no winning with this place. Clearly they cannot accept negative feedback and make improvement.
