They were slow on getting to where I was. It would say on their app 7 minutes away or eta. 20 minutes later the tow truck hasn't moved. I texted the driver at least 10x and never replied. At this time I was getting frustrated so I texted him again and asked him why he hadn't moved. 30 seconds later his truck started moving with a new eta 3min. I took him 15 min to get to me. We are going to cancel our membership ASAP.

You never need an appointment for getting passport pictures and the only thing that you need to keep in mind is may be calling 1st and finding out when they're least busy timings are. Hd
No. This office is a dmv business partner and they don't handle anything related with driver license. They only do registrations. I hope this info help you.
