Literally have been trying to contact the manager at this location to get a hold of my w-2 since december of 2021, This employer has done nothing but ignore and push me off, it is now april, and i have yet to get any contact at all no matter how many times i call and email for help with this matter. Don’t work here if you want to not get your taxes done! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

They screw up our order 3/4 times how hard is it to leave off mayo and onions. The impossible whopper is the only vegan friendly item on the menu and they refuse to serve it during breakfast. They always give us a hassle using coupons or deals trying to substitute with an impossible whopper even though it's the only option I can have. And it's not listed as an exclusion on the coupons. There needs to be some training done this is just ridiculous.

We bought a 2 chicken sandwich, 2 fries meal on a coupon, the chicken was undercooked, i put mine in the micriwave when we got home, my mother didn't and became violently ill from it. if you can't abide by food safety standards, you shouldn't be open. We will NEVER return to this establishment.

Yes you can do a mobile order but keep in mind your food will not be "waiting" for you. Your order will begin when you check in either at front counter or drive thru. This way your food is fresh.
Sadly i had a terrible experience with the one in brookings today......i ordered what should have cost 8.00 plus tax.... Yet they said 15.00 something.... I brought it to their attention ...and they fixed the problem ...but did not even so much as acknoledge me.... Or....appologize for their mistake... Just handed me change and didnt ecen attempt to count it back to me..... The food was good... Hot.... Fresh ...but the workers and especially the manager that came to correct the till SUCKED
I think the reason was because they were understaffed but I don't think they are anymore if people would do their jobs and go to their jobs we wouldn't have that problem
