Food was pretty good. But like nearly everywhere, having enough staff and in the right locations (rather than stretching a waitress to work everywhere it seemed) seemed to be a real challenge. The decor is best, but a for for a table... Made it really interesting, and I'm not sure how it can be kept sanitized - perhaps a sheet of plexiglass or fill in the recessed sections with resin, so the table is flat. The tavern burger was great - but I stood and waited for my waited for 5+ minutes to get my check while my family waited outside.

We ate at the 40 last night and the place never disappoints. The Gunpowder Gin Mint Mojiti was absolutely amazing. The food was over the top delicious with the freshest produce for my salad, i loved the tiny sliced cucumbers!!!! We will definitely be back, the atmosphere was so fun and service was top notch.

The menu is ridiculously limited and they chose very odd choices to fill it with. For anyone with any sort of diet restrictions I would never go here. Members of my family ordered well done burgers only to receive ones that were still pink all the way through. Also the toppings on the burgers were cold. The waitress was great but unfortunately she was the only redeeming thing about this place. I ate here a year ago and really like it but it seems to be going rapidly downhill.

Wow what a great restaurant & bar. Super food with healthy choices. Bobbie our waitress was AWESOME! Will be a place we'll come back to.
