I paid for two adult buffets.There were no tables to sit at all were gull.There was about 12 people standing around buffet waiting Leaning against wall for main course.There was no chicken,only 3 pieces of pizza,no dessert pizza,no Mashed potatoes, etc etc for the first 30 minutes.When chicken came out was gone before our table could get near.No ice cream.When stuff started coming out it was under cooked pizza and dessert pizza.I paid for two people and had to leave and pay to feed us elsewhere with no refund from pizza Ranch.I understand busy but then tell us at the cash register that buffet is sparse and no tables available.

Great experience. Has definitely improved in last 6 months. A lot more employees. The buffet was full.establishment was very clean. And the employees worked hard and fast paced. The new Fun Zone was a huge hit with kids!

I was in there once and the new manager seemed as if he was making the employees and customers very uncomfortable. He quacks at children randomly, he came to my table and quacked at my 5 year old kid. He came to the table for about 15 mins and started up a conversation and it was supposed to be me and my wife’s anniversary dinner. After he was done talking he did the same thing to another table. He walks around the restaurant playing on his phone with his pants half way down his legs, doesn’t look like he does much work. The employees looked like they were stressed but doing their work well, I appreciate them doing their jobs well even though the manager did not look like he was doing his.

We booked a party room for 44 adults and children today (a Saturday) at noon. It was very busy but the manager and staff were amazing - they kept the buffet full and were super friendly even when they were running around. The food was hot and delicious.
