I almost didn't book this hotel because of some of the reviews about bugs in the pool, but I'm glad I did! The water park area is AMAZING, and I didn't see a bug in sight! And thankfully wasn't overly crowded! There are bathrooms in the pool area, which was so nice! Breakfast was pretty basic, but did include biscuits & gravy for the weekend! Things to be aware of: there is no elevator, so pack light if you are staying on the second floor. If you are staying near the pool your room might smell a little musty, but thankfully our room aired out a bit with the AC on.

fine place, reasonably priced. everything was clean and all the staff was nice. would stay again. only downside was the breakfast was sub-par in my opinion, but i didn’t think it was worth taking a star off

Positive: Honestly the staff was really friendly. We were able to get a ground floor room near the outside door. Negative: Ability to lock children in the room at night is crucial for families with littles. MGR removed them which is a safety issue. My toddler found a pill on the floor from other guest. Found it in my 3y olds mouth. Not clean & pool area not maintained.

We stayed two nights. A Friday and Saturday. The room was pretty average, but it was very clean. The microwave in the room did not work the best, nor did the tv remote. The kids had a blast in the pool, and absolutely loved the water slide. I thought the pool water was cold, even though I thought the website said, "heated pool." Even the hot tub was no warmer than luke warm. The breakfast was was good. No waffle station or anything like that, but there was omelets which was nice.
