Service was extremely slow with very few guest in the entire restaurant, took a while to be seated when there was no wait. Waited for sometime before we were asked what we’d like to drink. Our Server Grace was very kind and friendly. Ordered brisket and ribs both extremely dry. Broccoli side was over cooked and soggy. They charged me for ice when I ordered my bourbon on the rocks (never seen that before). Over priced for the quality of food and service.

Jim was an amazing server. The service was outstanding and he was the most kind and polite gentleman. Food was fantastic. Jim even went above and beyond making sure that he got in contact with our party to let us know we left one of our cards there. Saving us a lot of hassle and worrying down the road. Definitely recommend! And ask for Jim!!

Today was the second time I have ordered a rib eye at Whiskey Creek in Mitchell South Dakota. It was an absolutely wonderful meal. It was divine. The taste and flavor were delicious and the steak was done to perfection which in my case is medium rare. The service was great and attentive even though they were super busy. Whoever is managing is doing a great job. I have ordered the rib eye before a long time ago at this location and it was also delicious then.
