These trails are fairly well traveled and not that technical. Nice undulating hills. Probably not the best in the world for biking... But the best around.

The Lake Mitchell area has a few nice places, but I can think of SO many more desirable places. It's a shame that the local government can't get it right when it comes to fixing the water quality of this body of water.
