One of the worst management staff I've ever dealt with. From day 1 when we 1st moved in, nothing was working properly. The apartment was not ready. There were ants and spiders ( had to call the pest control for 3 straight weeks) The kitchen drain didn’t work. You can see there was water damage on the kitchen counter and cabinets and drawers were just patched up for repairs. The window seals were damaged, they repaired them all one after another. The kitchen is right next to the garbage, and there are flies coming in anytime. They asked me not to open the window if flies comes in, but they don’t have a stove fan for the smoke to go out! They expect you to live miserably.The list goes on and on. It takes days for repairs to be resolved. When asking them to move into a new apartment with the same price, they literally just tell me to pay 200-400 dollars extra monthly if I move to a new apartment. They have a 30 days guarantee, but it literally doesn’t work because they give you no choice to live in another apartment ( same square foot) with the same price. All they care about is the money and not any of the tenants. Worst place ever!!!! Even after 3 months, nothing is resolved! A mouse comes unto the building and all they do is sit in their office and tell me that they have to follow protocols!!! They tell me that if I terminate the lease here I will have to pay extra fees! So, I don’t have a choice but to live in this freaking obnoxious apartment!!!! I feel bad , sad, threatened to have to be living in this freaking apartment for another 9 months now because I don’t have a choice !!!! I wish there were options to degrade the star or provide a minus rating, I would do that!!!! I am frustrated!!!!

The workers are abusive and liars. They do not answer calls, they charge you without explanation and since your social number is on your credit, they abuse and charge you what they want. Terrible customer service apart from the fact that there is an infestation of cockroaches in the departments.

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your new home, we’ll help you transfer to a comparable home within the same community, or you can choose to break your lease penalty-free within the first 30 days of move-in. Some restrictions may apply.
