My boyfriend & I (& our pup) love living here! The building is well maintained along w the gym, pool area and club house! A huge thing we love about living here is the social aspect. The managers Ruby & Daniel are in office every day for anything you need which I find to be super important bc it makes me feel better to know if there is an issue, they are just downstairs. On top of that, they are so so sweet. They get to know all their residents and i’ll often go down just for a quick chat, and my pup loves them too bc they give lots of cuddles & treats. Overall its a great place to live, the managers put a lot of money and effort into events where we win prizes and get to know the residents, and its just really nice to have that social aspect! There are people of all ages living here and a very friendly vibe. Good location, good people, on a quieter location but not dead quiet bc you always see people walking w their dogs or chattint outside. A good balance of fun and social but not loud or obnoxious at all.

Update 9.6 Heard from Ruby that we’re planning to add some Tesla charging spots in the near future, which is pretty exciting to hear. Glad for the quick response and care about resident experience from the management team! ————————— Lived here for a year. Overall this apartment is nice: clean; staff are friendly; the wall is thick and I never hear any noise from my neighbors; all the packages are delivered to the door. The biggest downside is the charging spot - there is only two charging spots for the entire apartment, and the charging speed is extremely slow (30A if charging alone and 16A if there is anyone with you). The charging is charged based on time, so it’s expensive than almost anywhere else. I’d say if you have an electric car and need charging, think carefully before you choose here. Otherwise, it’s still a great place to live.

I have been a resident since last 7 years and I have enjoyed staying here ever since I moved here. The office bearers including the manager Ruby are amazingly friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff also are very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Will highly recommend this apartment complex.

I was very lucky that I chose Park 20 (the lark) to be my first place to live in California during pandemic. I was fortunate to have lived here for more than 2 years. Ruby (the manager), Daniel and other team members make park 20 really a great place to live. They are easy to talk with and they are good people. The team tries to make this place better and better every year. The apartment is safe, new, and clean, with great amenities. Also park 20 has lots of community events during the year, which makes me feel like home and I was never bored. Most importantly, every time I see Ruby, she seems very happy. She smiles a lot, and it makes me feel happy too. Thank you park 20 team:)
