They don’t answer the phone and they don’t return voicemails, neither at the location nor the head office. Which is a shame because Kelsey Village is a very attractive property, fairly new and well kept. All units were occupied and nothing was available to look at on the day I visited. I went ahead and applied after I concluded the apartments must be as appealing as the grounds. So, in early February I was confirmed on the waiting list. And that’s the last time I have managed to talk with anyone from Kelsey Village or Domus Management, the owner/management company. I waited six months to inquire about my status. I don’t expect to be at the head of the line but some notion on where I stood would have been appreciated. At this point I’ve made five attempts (two to three weeks apart) with no response.
