I ordered a Beef and Cheddar at this restaurant last evening, but was told they were out of roast beef. Really?! An Arby's that isn't capable of supplying roast beef sandwiches?

Dropped in here on a late Friday evening. The restaurant was not very busy inside. Mostly drive thru customers. I ordered a 5 piece jalapeño poppers and a beef and cheddar sandwich with a med sweet tea. The food was average for a fast food place. The jalapeño poppers weren’t very warm and one was as hard as a rock. The sandwich was okay, at least it wasn’t dried out roast beef. My son got the chicken tenders kids meal and a root beer float. The tenders were dry and chewy not very good. The sweet tea I ordered was average. Not overly sweet tea flavor was adequate.

The person working the drive thru is amazing. Cook needs help. Cheese sticks are frozen on inside. The sandwich looks and tastes old . I can't even eat it.Thank you for your feedback. We look forward to serving you again soon.
