I have never seen bullying amongst staff members more than I saw tonight. 3 families got up and left. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. There is a female manager here that is the definition of a bully. Two of the female staff members verbally attacked another very kind and hardworking team member. I have never witnessed something so horrid in my life. Kids can’t go here. This place is horrid. Will never eat at McAlisters again. I will be back to let this post know if senior management or owners handle this in any way shape or form. Stop bullying. Shame on you. I should have recorded it but I was honestly in shock.

Comments like this make me feel like a Karen and I promise I'm not a Karen! I'm not sure if it's the Pandemic or not, but this place has taken a turn unfortunately. I completely understand that the Pandemic has created a shortage of help especially in the customer service industry. We order food To Go from this location at least once a week and I end up coming back up to get items that they forgot from the order or got wrong. We have collected a lot of gift cards due to the errors with the orders over the past year. We appreciate the gift cards but appreciate the quality, service, and experience even more. My last visit wasn't the best visit but the team lead or Manager wasn't getting the support from her team that she needed. I won't mention his name but, there's definitely a wildcard on the team and his conversations weren't appropriate for the customers or team members. The manager and team members had to pull him aside more than twice to address his outbursts in the little bit of time that I was there. He wasn't bringing harm or threatening anyone but the conversation definitely could've taken place away from the counter or not at all. My family really this place but some of the team members and frequent order errors make it hard to enjoy this location.

Lots of dirty tables and staff upfront talking instead of cleaning tables!! Had a hard time finding a clean table to sit at☹️
