Tried to check in the hotel at 4:30 and the room wasn't ready. They said it was due to back to back concerts in the area. They offered me a bottled water to make up for it. The lobby was full of people trying to get ready for the concert since rooms were not clean yet. I asked a 2nd time if I could switch my room type and get in. I then got a room, which was very clean! My complaints are the same as many others. Cold showers, bathroom door is a slider and has a gap by design so everyone in the room can hear everything that's happening in the bathroom. Reading reviews on multiple sites, it looks like these are the same complaints over and over that they say will be looked into. Next time I'm in the area for a concert, I will try a different hotel.

The front desk lady was rude during check- in. The room finishes and furniture were in poor condition to include but not limited to: hole in chair, wallpaper coming apart at seams, extreme wear on chair finish & miss match paint patch with blue tape still on. Oh and only Luke warm to cold water for shower. They have issues that need to be worked out. We paid nearly $300 for a night stay at the Embassy suites by Hilton and got the quality of a super 8. Very dissatisfied! *** I do have to mention the one good thing was the breakfast was good. Kuddos have to the breakfast staff only.

Beautiful hotel,great customer service.They also serve full breakfast 6-9:30.Mid afternoon they serve free snacks.Restaurant reopen at 5pm-1 (room service available). Food was good, reasonable price.nice size portion, Banquet rooms. However, it's not assessable to Mall & restaurants.you will need transportation.I was there on a Retreat.

A nice and newer hotel with a great location off of the interstate. The staff was helpful and friendly. But we could hear the people next door very loudly at 11pm - but they seemed to be talking at their normal volume. We called down to the front desk and they offered to move us - but packing up the family at that hour is difficult. Thankfully they went to bed and we were able to get back to sleep. The breakfast and happy hour were great. Good food and friendly service.
