If I could give zero I would. Dine in isn't open, which is fine whatever the reason may be. But... at least put up signage that the dining room is closed! I got out my infant and my toddler only to find out the door was locked and no sign on the door. Terribly managed

Wendy's used to be my favorite years ago, but the food is cold 90% of the time now. The Frostys are still a solid choice though! UPDATE - I used to put up with the cold food because I enjoy the Frosty. I finally hit the last straw. Shrink-flation has hit. My medium Frosty is now the snack size. Someone should grow a pair and raise the price if that's what needs to be done, but they prefer to take my money and hope I don't notice.

Recently did a drive thru order at this location. I was impressed by how well the order was handled. That normally wouldn't be notable, but now a days you really notice when front line workers do a good job. I've picked up orders at other Wendy's locations and other fast food chains (Steak and Shake) and the experience was unpleasant. I don't know who the shift manager is but thanks, who ever you are. Hang in there.

This is the third time I've gave this Wendy's location a chance and yet again I've been disappointed. The first 2 time I thought is was because they were busy and things were hectic in the kitchen I get it....but this time they wouldn't let me in the lobby, even though the sign clearly stated lobby open at 10am. (10:30 at that time) I told them I can't fit through the drive through because I was in a box truck. They said to go order at the window..I said ok no problem. Walk to to window started to place my order a car pulled up in the lane behind me and they ask me to step aside and wait until they were done with that customer. I just walked away. Never again will I come to this location. It has been nothing but a waste of time.

Since it's summer and kids are out of school, they find work at fast food places. They do mess up orders so, all you have to do s go in and get your orders corrected.
