6/30/22 Tried this outfit for the second time. We are very happy with the Brisket and Pulled Pork it was great. We were completely unimpressed the first time when they first moved there. I would give it five stars but the sides are lacking. We intend to just buy meat next time, do our own sides. The BBQ Sauce, was definitely Carolina style, with a high vinegar content. I like the bourbon added. Unfortunately I do not like Carolina Style, added my own Sweet and Smokey and it was perfect. I think some sauce options would amp up there game. Mac-n-cheese, with smoked tomatoes needs the flavors amped up. It's OK but so is a boxed package. The baked beans were OK, but the sauce flavoring again was not to my liking. Corn Bread - Excellent, butter could use more honey. Advise you are getting hard rolls with an order on online menu can you buy more? Looking forward to trying other meats, and sides; will uodate this when I do.

OUTSTANDING BBQ!! Large portions, too! My wife and I bought the entree with 2 meats and 3 sides. We both ate more than we needed and then carried out enough leftovers for each of us to have another meal. The bark on the brisket is amazing! We'll be back for more!

BBQ heaven in MKE! We got the 4 meats and 4 sides, brisket, pulled pork, hot links and spicy country spare ribs, beans, grits, mac n cheese, coleslaw and a side of hushpuppies. I finally know what good brisket tastes like from a proper offset smoker. The pulled pork was moist, the hot links tasted great but the star for us were the spicy spare ribs. I've never had grits like this, they're like corn mashed potatoes, amazing. The dining room is open again and it's going to be a regular stop now. Leftovers even tasted great the next day at work. Oh and the pickles... THE PICKLES! I need to find out if they sell those by the jar when we return this weekend for more bbq. The hushpuppies are incredible and like crispy delicate balls from fryer heaven. Stop reading the reviews and just go find out for yourself.

Had the burnt ends, they melt in your mouth! Really good mac n' cheese with tomato and the baked beans were unique and delicious! The staff member who took our order was very kind and patient considering it was our first time there. He explained the menu to us and we definitely will be returning customers!
