Billing is horrible. No one responds to emails or phone calls. They can’t expect to get paid if there is no answer.

This surgery center seems to have improved their patient services! In the past, they were terrible, with no compassion for patients. Felt like just a number. I called today and had a very informative and pleasant conversation with the receptionist. Definite IMPROVEMENT!
