Actual slum lords. So when I moved it I paid close to 6,000 in fees to move in and was told it was first months, last months and deposit. Then I went in the office to verify this because our lease is ending and the office said I will have to pay last months rent. This place also has the worst parking I’ve ever experienced. The best Maintenance team though.

Glenda, Eddy and Rey are amazing!!! I am residing here from last 8 years and was very friendly with the previous management and today I feel that LORD gifted us Glenda, Eddy and Rey. The manager “Ann” is very deceptive and lacks integrity and anything that resembles integrity. I ask her how she had the audacity to change my deposit to an apartment I didn’t want and not even allow me a chance to get back to the apartment I originally put the deposit on? And also not even give me a warning you’d change it. She ends the convo “well it’s just not gonna work”. How do these managers even exist?

Yes, there is assigned parking at our community!
We have studio, 1, & 2 bedroom apartments in a variety of floor plans. You can view them all on our website's "Floor Plans" page, or you can give us a call and we'd be happy to assist!
Hi Kolby! Yes, we do have a swimming pool and sundeck, but do not currently have a hot tub.
No, we currently do not have a fitness center at our community, but do have a swimming pool.
Yes, we love pets at our community! We have no weight limit, but do have some breed restrictions that can be found on our website under "Pet Perks".
Unfortunately, utilities are not included.
