‘Old Boys’ Club’ with a few young people thrown in to try and look relevant. Great little Country Club type feel. If you have tattoos or coloured hair, be prepared to feel like an outcast. Typical Christian church. Everyone wants to seem perfect. They have a juicy gossip chain (aka prayer letter). Ladies in the office are more than willing to give out personal information to whoever calls.
