The hotel was a bit expensive, but given the location it is understandable. The lady at the desk was superb though. Didn't catch her name but she was an older lady. She even gave us a cup of milk for free for our 3 year old son before bed. The following day we were allowed to use the pool after checkout before we continued our journey back home. Thanks for the hospitality! It is more important than anything.

Mediocre hotel. Hot tube and pool were cold. Rooms had poor hot water and water pressure. Rooms had some upgrades to showers but no towel rack in bathroom... Went to hang something in the closet in the hall and the rack crashed to the floor... The only good things were our room had newer beauty rest mattresses and the refrigerator kept everything cold. They did have a so so breakfast with instant eggs, sausage, waffles and other typical continental breakfast options. Definitely not worth the cost, but one of the cheapest options in town.

Positive: The hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was good to wake up to in the morning. Negative: Not a huge deal but the personal care products seemed watered down compared to what I normally use at hotels.

Positive: Some of the staff is nice and the location is good. Negative: We got a room with broken pipes so we can use the sink because the water was turned off. The hotel was over booked and there was a lot of chaos. We didn¿t have towels and toilet paper and asked the staff to bring us but we never got them.
