I would not under any circumstances book with this hotel. My sister was taking her husband to the hospital driving seven hours and was going to stop for a night here. But they decided to drive him because he was not well. She called to cancel and they insisted on charging the room rate for the night. Even though they had 10 rooms just sitting there!!! So it’s not like they missed out on having the chance to resell that room earlier. No one was coming there anyway. It’s basically like stealing by keeping her money. And the manager I think her name was Katie was rude, insensitive and completely on interested in helping. I look forward to reporting this on TripAdvisor in the Better Business Bureau. This is not a way to do business in today’s environment.

Cleanest, friendliest hotel I’ve stayed in for ages. Beautiful view and great breakfast. I lost my earrings and let them know if they found them to call me. The housekeeping department actually went through the laundry and caught me before I left with my earrings. Nice people who care.

This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at yet. I stayed here the night of the 12th, was checked into a filthy room littered with hair. I went to the front desk and asked for a new room, she stated she was sold out and she would have to go into the room and clean it. We waited in the car 20 mins to return to the room with half of the hairs picked up from the tub, the sides of the toilet still had hair and the urine from the previous guest. I stayed, as the bed was clean and I didn’t feel like driving the two hours home and the options in the town sadly did not get any better for last minute lodging. But this property is a joke. I have pictures of the room, and the wipes I used to finish cleaning the room to make it stay able after front desk failed to fix or clean anything.

Stayed night over for ski weekend. Had softest pillows and mattresses. Breakfast is best i have since covid. Hot pancakes, breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos. Filled my family up to ski hard. Would definitely come back.
