And I tried to get in touch with you The General Manager but no answer Don't do what a joke brought a car 2weeks had to take it back the windshield had 2,brackets missing n the wanted me to pay for the diagnostic n pay for it to go to a windshield place take your car a joke I tell you a joke did I fail to say they knew I was coming n they gave the keys to someone who took them and I had to wait 45 mintues to a hour to get them n I had to be at work so I was late thanks for nothing a joke don't do it go to Folsom

Service dept (with exception of the "Quick Lane") is just a joke. Outrageously ripped off in comparison to nearby automotive shops. Never spoke with an actual "service writer".
