Jaye was able to take an already done poly half sleeve and cover it and extend it to a full sleeve. He did a phenomenal job and was more than accommodating with his flexibility on time. I flew from Germany and was able to get me in for 3 straight days at 7.5 hours each day. Would highly recommend him!

Scheduled a zoom consultation appointment;with artist/owner Jay. He missed the scheduled appointment at June 30 2021 at 6:30-6:45pm. I logged on to the zoom conference at 6:20pm and waited on the call until 6:50pm. I logged back on at 7:00pm to give the artist the benefit of the doubt just to make sure the artist did not mix up 6:30 with 7:00. The shop continued to pester me through text message the next two days calling me a liar and sending me screenshots of when i logged in at 7:00pm. They were able to take the time to take screenshots at 7:00 yet not give me a heads up or at least joining the meeting on the scheduled time frame. It blows my mind how many great reviews this shop gets. They are terrible with communicating with potential clients and are unprofessional. This is a terrible first impression and if they can not get this right i will not trust them to tattoo myself with something that will stay on my body. If i could give them negative stars i will. I am not sure if i was interfacing with the owner but their shop number is now blocked on my phone.

I found this place in 2019 when I was having a hard time in my life. When I first visited the studio Jaye the owner approached and asked what I wanted done and worked with me well, as well as understanding the circumstances I was dealing with. While Jaye didn't Tattoo me he introduced me to Stefan a good not just Artist but man as well. Since 2019 Ive chosen this studio and Artist to finish this piece that means a lot to me. Solutions Ink and Stefan have shown nothing but good service since then and Ill continue coming here until my journey ends.
