I would like to single out the outstanding service I personally received from Store Manager Eddie Z. I’m almost 80, not tech savy, and had my older HP Windows 7 hard drive fail. Of course I did not have a current backup of data. The computer contained mostly word documents used to manage rental tenant info and communications. Very important to me. I paid my $99 dollars to diagnose the problem. Hard drive was defective, and data severely corrupted . Being retired, on Social Security and having a bad year, I was unable to afford the price quoted for recovery, and asked that I just pickup my laptop. . Eddie being kind, and sympathetic called me personally, and offered to substantially reduce the price, waiving the diagnostic fee, and provide the external storage device at no charge, Bottom line: Eddie did not have to do what he did, but he did. Click away is a large, competent company offering a multitude of services. They are also staffed with competent personnel. People like Eddie Z takes an efficient shop and makes it more than just a fair and trustworthy company. He makes it personal. I will continue to beat the drum of satisfaction every chance I get. Thank you Eddie!

Love these guys! I've been coming to ClickAway for years - they're always friendly and accommodating, timely and professional. My 2016 Macbook Pro recently gave me the "?" of death after trying to upload a large file all night (lesson learned - don't leave your computer on overnight), and while the hard drive wasn't fixable and Apple now conveniently solders them into the motherboard, it was cheaper to sell the usable parts on my Macbook and upgrade to a newer one. ClickAway had a refurbished Macbook Pro on hand, and made the swap super simple and gave me some extra RAM and hard drive space. Thanks guys!

I bought my Dell desktop to ClickAway on Sat morning thinking I needed to replace my video card since my second monitor screen went black. Jeff got right on it and advised me that the video card did NOT need replacing. Jeff cleaned up the unit and re-seated the video card and I was off the running be lunch.
