Excellent Experience!! I decided to walk into the Road Runner Sports store in Campbell, for my first pair of Hoka’s! I had been wanting to buy a pair, but I am really hard to fit. To my delight, I had an excellent sales person and a huge offering to try on! I walked out with the “right pair” and also some for my husband (for Father’s Day)!! I am a VIP there so you know for sure, I will be back!! Bar none experience!!

The new building is great looking. Immediately as we arrived we were greeted. The wait was not long at all. Adrian was our rep and he was amazing. He did the works for us and gave us options when it came to the type of shoe we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and exuded patience as my daughter walked and ran around the store to see what shoe she liked. The team was very helpful also in regards to the other equipment and pricing. Thank you Adrian for you help!!!!! You were awesome.!!!

I am very happy and impressed with the whole buying process. Andy Crawford was the sales person who helped me. He is very knowledgeable, patiently listen to what I want and what my issues are with my feet and running. As a marathon runner himself, he has an extensive knowledge on running and which type of shoes are suitable for my feet. He guided me through the 3D foot scan and analysis of my walking steps, and explain the results to me in details. He recommended me to use a custom made insole, presented a variety of shoes from different brands for me to try out. I strongly recommend Roadrunner to anyone who want to find out more about their feet and to choose a right running/walking shoes for himself. And if you happen to be in Roadrunner Campbell store, ask for Andy. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I give him a 5 star on his service. Great job Andy!

I can't stress enough how amazing this place is. I wouldn't be buying my shoes from any other place. I walked into the store to get a pair of trail shoes. Ended up getting an additional pair. Jacob from the store helped me constantly for more than 2 hours. I haven't gotten this personalized attention ever in a shoe store, no matter how much you spend. Hats off to his patience. All the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, specially Jacob was awesome. He picked amazing shoe styles and answered zillions of my questions patiently with a lovely sense of humor. Way to go Jacob!! 👍🏻
