Positive: I like the location of this hotel. Negative: AC unit in room was blowing out WARM air all nite and I was uncomfortable and sweating all nite. Beds was shaped like a U. Hotel rep agreed to move to another room which WAS OCCUPIED BY ANOTHER PERSON. Very unprofessional and seems like not organized.

Had my future mother in law stay here when she visited. She really loved it, the rooms are a great size, awesome location between downtown Campbell and the pruneyard, also very nice workers. Breakfast is like a normal Marriott.

There was a little mix up with our room when we first arrived-- when we walked into our room there was someone inside working on the dishwasher but the situation was fixed quickly & we were moved to another room across the hall. However, there was a slight smell throughout the hotel, particularly in the elevator (not sure if it's from old carpeting or what) but otherwise everything was very clean and great location to where we wanted to be.

Dropping off our son at college it was a great location. Everything was great. just make sure you ask about the hours for free breakfast because it changes. overall it felt safe and clean and spacious room. convenient to lots of dining.
