We were REALLY impressed with friendliness of staff at first, and would have given a good review. …I would like the opportunity to speak with you about the tires sold to you for sure. I am sorry for any inconvenience with the appointment today, it was 15 min after the appt time and we had contractors scheduled to start some work in our back room. We had to make good for the appointment with them. We would like to get you rescheduled and take care of the rotation and balance. Please call the store on Tuesday so we can get that done. Thank you. I also want to make sure you are talking about the correct facility.
