I ordered a Bicycle and I supposed to pickup. As I was not able to pick, no one from customer support and Store support helping. It’s very bad.(reason I’m not able to pickup - I came to outerbanks island over the weekend, due to hurricane & flood, the roads to mainland is closed and I’m stuck with family here) Very bad customer experience. I wasted more than an hour to call customer support and also store.

I always love going here! A great clothes selection and snack foods. The Starbucks is a nice bonus. If you’re looking for produce here, I would say it isn’t the greatest, they’re more of a relaxed department store anyway. But seriously, like I get all my graphic tees from here. I live in them. And I always get art supplies from here and snacks. Always going to keep coming back and nothing will stop me!

Always find good deals. Love red card can get 5% off! Great offers for veterans on veterans day, even birthdays can get 5% off! Also staff is great. Makayla(I believe her name in electronic) really helpful and friendly. Most definitely know i going find my items and items I did not know I needed.
