Not as big as pastel brother or other similar store but u get everything u need here for daily cook. I saw a bit price difference in items but I guess it's OK as it's reasonable difference

Nice store but it's one way in every section. It is very small passage between sections. Price is reasonable and almost every necessary things for regular use is available. Snacks options are pretty good and frozen too, although not like big bazaar stores.

Store is good. Even get very small quantity packs of most groceries. Very helpful for short trips.

I suggest when a situation like this arises, one should directly spark with the owner, make him/Her know that you are a regular customer and let her know of your grievance. If the store manager or owner does not answer your question to satisfaction then you have every right to not only take your business elsewhere, but to make it known that the bad publicity will harm their business.
