I suggest when a situation like this arises, one should directly spark with the owner, make him/Her know that you are a regular customer and let her know of your grievance. If the store manager or owner does not answer your question to satisfaction then you have every right to not only take your business elsewhere, but to make it known that the bad publicity will harm their business.
There is no point to even talk to manager... they dont care bad publicity... i got a rotten paneer today and when I requested to change it , they said we dont so exchange
