Week vacuums, no compressed air, only glass cleaner and that's on a chain. No pre-soak brush do poor wash. Nice enough people but I won't be back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!- I have better stuff to do than to write negative reviews, but I have been taken advantage of by this carwash!! They scratched my wife's 2020 Ford Expedition and they originally approved the request and then later went back on their word. I have the emails to prove it. Take your money else where!!

Be wary going to this car wash. I just realized I've been charged $235.88 in the past 12 months as they put me on a monthly plan. I went there once in May of 2021 for a $13 charge, since then (unbeknownst to me) they've been charging me $17.99 per month, and just last month it went to $24.99 per month, which is why I discovered the charge on my credit card. I'm not sure how a merchant can just keep charging the same card for months without having to get authorization, but now I'm on hold with them trying to get this resolved, and with my credit card company blocking them. UPDATE: I talked to their customer service department. They said I used the car wash 2 times in the past 12 months. So I've spent $235 for 2 car washes. They stated "When you signed up for the service, you agreed that it is non-refundable even if you don't use the service." After some waiting on hold the customer service rep was able to refund me the last 3 months of charges. (Customer service was very helpful on the phone, so this isn't a bad review of them. It a review of a policy that's designed to take from people who don't use a service.) Don't use this company, and be careful what you click on the screen. I don't remember signing up, but they said I clicked that button for a promotion in May 2021. So that "I agree" that everyone ignore could cost you $235.88.

I used to love going to this car wash but I just visited and they've raised their prices, they do not offer reusable towels anymore, the vacuum I used broke off at the handle and the other one on the opposite side didn't work at all. I will not go back for a $10 mediocre car wash and barely any options to dry or clean my car after. Disappointing that this car wash has deteriorated.
