They didn't want to take my claim cause I'm black I'll be laughing when your business fails completely and I'm glad you didn't represent me racist chump

After almost a year of handling my case, Lawrence dropped it due to it not being profitable enough for him. All of this after my questioning from the beginning and being told it would be seen through, which I asked to avoid having my time and sensitive matter wasted. This still happened anyway and just as bad is that I had to contact his office twice, to be told this after receiving no communication for a few months. From what started as a positive and accommodating experience, I'm disgusted by the lack of professionalism and consideration for someone viewed as a client.

Being represented by Larry and his team was one of the best decisions I took, they are very knowledgeable and very transparent, I would definitely recommend them anytime, thank you!!

Yes.
It does not sound common to me.
Thank you for your question. Typically, my office handles injury claims that include wage loss, medical bills (past and future), as well as, quality of life damages like pain and suffering. Sometimes, there are collateral issues regarding property damage in which we get involved. However, normally property damage claims are handled through your own insurance carrier and are fairly straight forward. Then your insurance carrier will seek reimbursement from the at fault party. Because we work on a contingency fee (our attorney fees depend on the result we get for our client), it is usually impractical to pursue claims that do not included quality of life damages. This is because our clients would not be satisfied if we were to take a percentage of the money collected for property damage, wage loss or medical bills. In addition, the amount of money involved would not justify the business decision to pursue the claim (i.e. time expended + costs advanced = fees). I this helps. Thanks
