Horrible customer service. Supervisor Tim and worker Jonathan have done nothing to help. They are code enforcement but have failed to enforce any laws. I’ve been without a toilet for 2 months and they treat me like I’m some type of burden and that they are so much better than everyone else. They have treated me poorly since day 1. I sure hope they followed all protocols during the course of my case because they have been reported and luckily the mayors office got in contact with me and is helping me with a complaint. AVOID! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!
