A lovely, serene property and perfect location for a retreat.
Triangle Refuge
I attend Avila for day retreats every quarter and for overnight retreats once a year. I am always warmly greeted and cared for by the staff, while left alone if that's what I prefer. I tell all of the clergy friends I have about Avila. It is a place I have come to treasure, where I know I can find rest and quiet for my soul.

Self-Help and NC Raise Up own the space so contacting one of them would be the best option. Alternatively maybe going there in person may work as well.
Are they selling the property? I really enjoyed our time there.
