This was my second time staying at this location. Although the building is older, the customer service from staff and the price point are the reasons I returned. I arrived much earlier than I anticipated so I called to see about an early check in option and they accommodated my requested at no charge. I was greeted promptly upon check in and acknowledged for being a Hilton Honors member. The lobby was clean and looked updated. I was given a gift bag with the customary cookie and complimentary bottles of water. Restaurant hours were provided as well as check out time. There was additional information provided in the bag which included housekeeping practices and a custom “Thank you” which was a nice touch! Room is older but I knew that. The bathroom was small and the toilet ran for quite sometime after flushing. Walls in the bathroom could use a good wipe down due to miscellaneous stains. Turned on the air and it worked but made some noise. Working fridge and the coffee station was fully stocked but there is no microwave in the room which is a bummer. The area is quiet and overall it served the purpose for a quick overnight stay.

I'm adding to my review because I see several negative reviews. The front desk staff was polite and professional. I had to make changes to our reservation a couple of times due to changes with our plans, but the desk was understanding and made the changes properly. There were no issues during our 4 night stay in December 2021. My only issue was that there was no microwave in the room. But there was a mini fridge and coffee maker. Plenty of nearby restaurants and stores to get food from. The room was clean. The lobby and hallways appeared to be clean. The elevators worked properly. Yes, it's an older building, but it served its purpose for us at a decent price. We didn't use the pool or hot tub and didn't go to the restaurant, so I can't comment on those amenities.

First let me begin by saying I am a loyal Hilton Diamond member for many years so it breaks my heart to write this review almost as much as it broke my heart to experience this. I’ll be brief. The water pressure is a trickle the water temperature is very cold or skin burns hot. The tub doesn’t drain and so even with low pressure you’ll be standing in a puddle. The climate control does what it wants to. I opened the window to cool off and listened to the highway traffic all night. The elevators usually don’t work so it stairs or maybe 1 will work so be patient. Pool doesn’t work, hot tub doesn’t work. Printers don’t work. This is my 2 week coming and each time I get 2 towels for a whole week guess I can walk 5 flights to ask for more. The food is trash similar to garden inn or Hampton. The breakfast buffet is $17 and being Diamond I get $15 off I paid $2 for salty meat and powder eggs. Paid $25 for salmon ate a few bites but stopped out of concern for my well being. The coffee was really good they are out of traditional creamers but I tried some vanilla caramel which was yummy. Customer service is really excellent and the staff very friendly. I’m sure this is all supply chain issues but if you’re looking for a full service hotel for a relaxing stay 😂😂 good luck.

After a 3 hr drive the representative at the front desk Danielle and her housekeeper were very helpful polite professional and offered me a delicious warm cookie. The staff made sure my stay was comfortable right and facing the mountains at my request. The hotel was very diverse clean and offered tons of amenities that I could use. It's great to get great customer service. Thank you D.T. staff💪🕉

I don't think so. Call Double Tree and ask them that question to make sure. They have changed their policy.
