Absolutely a joke of a place and most of the staff the little liar of a manager Georgina is her name tired to sell a silver ring that can be bought off the website amy givin day for 1700$ said o it's custom and has real diamond eyes well turns out that bull the eyes are fake stones and the ring can be bought right now on a webpage then saw her a week later tellings customer o we don't take fake items so asked her about the fake ring she tried to sell me Infront tod these other customers and she lied some more o it was real It was custom blah blah what a crook

I feel disgusted and discriminated against as a woman after coming here, ladies beware! I brought my 2002 SUV here and just needed a few hundred dollars until payday. I have a good track record with EZ pawn and always redeem my tickets. Anyway the first gentleman I dealt with truly tried to help me, my truck didn't have this year's emissions because I relocated from El Paso county where you don't need them done every year. He called his boss and his boss said no my truck is too old. I'm the second owner and have all the service records. No check engine light , no issues except some cosmetic. Now that a look at the vehicles they have for sale online they are way older and in way worse shape than my truck. I will not be doing business with EZ pawn anymore. I can almost guarantee that if my husband brought it in the owner would have made the loan no problem.

Came in to sell some things for spare cash. Chris helped us out with a better level of service then I've gotten from my previous visit almost 2 years ago. ​Had some good conversation as we went through the details and we haggled out a good sale price. Overall liking the new staff.

This place is awesome the new manager is running this place better than any manager in the past. Georgia is always helpful and will give you the best customer service the best prices possible. She is worth every penny and more to ezpawn. I have been shopping with Ez pawn stores throughout the metro area for two decades This has always been one of my favorite locations.
