Down-rating as it was our first time here and there was major work on one trail with heavy equipment, etc., so a significant portion of the trail choices were blocked, with no signage at the entrance to notify users on arrival.

Walked almost all the trails this morning. Lovely 3+ miles. Unfortunately not at all accessible, as trails are dirt and the wooded trails are very heavily covered with roots and divots, but easily navigated by folks without mobility issues. Well marked and lovely to look at. Parking was very full when we left at about 12:15 so recommend going earlier in the mornings if possible for you.

Dawn to dusk but theres not gates or anything. Ive never known it to be " enforced" that you have to be out by a certain time. Its a great place!
There are a number of routes you can take amidst the park... The main loop I usually take (you can cut it way shorter) is about 3 miles.
No camping at any of the trianglelandconservancy parks... The closest campsites are piper Creek and cox mountain at Eno River State Park.
