Generous rating, honestly, as employees don't even bother hiding their misery and hostility towards patrons. I get it. Customer service is a tough industry, but there is no reason to make elderly people cry and kick them out of a long line when you could have just assisted them with labeling. All I needed was to drop off a prepaid package and get a receipt, and that was painful. Any location has to be better than this.

I thought this little post office was very good. They were short staffed, and, they were very polite and professional. The line was long and it moved very quickly. I was very happy with the service.

Passport office is just a mess, I think you could even argue a case that this location (a branch of the US government) is attempting to restrict freedom of movement. Two appointments cancelled here, BOTH after the fact. How can you cancel something AFTER the fact? By simply not showing up to work and failing to provide any kind of notice at all. Had two separate appointments booked on days/times that the passport officer decided they didn't want to be there. In lieu of calling, emailing, or texting, they simply decided to let all of the people with appointments show up and hang around a hallway for a half hour. I waited through the post office line to ask if the person inside the passport office could be alerted that a dozen or so people were standing outside the door (the door has messages posted all over telling people to only knock twice, then wait, and not to knock again) and was told that no one was even in there. Nice. Asked to speak to a supervisor about rescheduling for the first available appointment as the appointment cancellations both stemmed from massive issues on their end. Was told I'd get a call back the next day. Do you want to guess if I got a call back? Nope. Now we have to make another appointment at another location and hope this doesn't affect our travel plans.

Barely staffed, old building, only go if desperate.

Unless you have DC or tracking number ready
3 choices. The first is the 30-day email holding period. The second is to temporarily forward the emails to your friends or relatives' addresses, and you can spend tens of dollars to forward the valid time to one year. The third is to call their supervisors every 30 days and ask to continue holding the mail. For special reasons it is also possible to have your friends collect all mail every 30 days. Do not keep mail in the mailbox until it is full, after 10 days all mail will be returned to the sender if unclaimed.

Make sure your COA changes of address up to date, and traffic in front of mailbox is clear all time.
The inclement weather has caused the post office some delivery and pick-up issues this week.
No, it does not require a password. It is new and a sensor was not working properly. It has since been repaired without any issues.
Cause they all appear to hate their jobs
