I had an appt with VSO Lori Hinson a couple of months ago and she still hasn’t filed my claim with the VA. She doesn’t answer phone calls and takes weeks to answer an email. I did everything she told me to do and she has yet to do her part. Sad and very frustrating!

No one ever answers the phone. You have to go in person. And when you go in person they don't know what the HELL they are talking about! Do yourself a favor and find another place for help. Real VETERANS deserve better than this.

I think I got in and just a few days I was told that the areas outlining Bigger cities were easier and less congested It's a long drive for me but it's turned out to be good
